Our Contract Win with a Renowned Private School
Spectrum have recently won a contract for providing additions to an existing Paxton Net2 access control system, against stiff competition, at a high profile public school. The works will comprise of installing proximity access control readers and associated equipment to a number of doors in a variety of buildings.
One of the biggest issues that we will be dealing with is what locking devices to use on the wide variety of doors to be controlled. Some are glass doors with glass side panels, others are glass doors with wooden frames above. There are metal gates which require specialist closing devices to be fitted and ornate arched doors which need to be fitted with closing devices and electrically operated locks. We have come up with solutions for all of these complications and look forward to installing the project.
