Bob Spooner
Managing Director
Bob loves building relationships clients and is incredibly proud of the trust and loyalty that has been built over the past decade.
When Bob isn't working he can be found Morris dancing.
Cathy Spooner
Director
Cathy keeps the office running, handling accounts, admin, payroll and much more. But luckily her favourite part of the job is the variety!
She is the linchpin of the company, loves fell-walking and amateur theatre.

Neil Piper
Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager, Neil deals with the day to day running of the engineers, manages installation works and helps clients with their requests.
In his spare time Neil enjoys coaching football and entertaining his children.
Mark English
Surveyor Estimator
Mark designs systems and is responsible for estimating costs and sending quotations, and says his favourite part of the job is meeting customers from an interesting variety of industries.
Outside of work Mark loves music - both listening to and attempting to play!
Andrew Gearing
Senior Engineer
Since joining Spectrum in 2015, Andrew has been responsible from the installation and maintenance of countless security systems and fire alarms.
Andrew's love of technology doesn't stop at the office door, he also enjoys programming and electronic designs in his spare time.
Sam Bridgeland
Engineer
Sam joined the team in 2012 and works on installing, repairing and maintaining a variety of systems, as well as providing out of hours support.
He enjoys going to client's premises and the close working relationships within the team, and in his spare time Sam loves gaming.
Dan Farnan
Engineer
As an engineer Dan's responsibilities include the the installation, commissioning and maintenance of security and fire alarm systems, with CCTV installations being a particular favourite.
When Dan isn't working he loves nothing more than keeping active and riding his motorbike.

Dave Gibson
Storeman
Dave joined Spectrum in 2011 and as the Stores Manger he ensures stock levels are correct and the engineers have everything they need to provide the highest level of service.
In his spare time Dave is involved with his local community centre, as well as enjoying Morris dancing, golf and amateur dramatics.
Cynthia Gearing
Office Assistant
Cynthia works to support Cathy within the office, and loves the variety and flexibility of her job.
Outside of work Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and gardening.
